Armando E. Manjarrés is the founder and lead professional of AEM Accounting Solutions. He brings together advanced accounting knowledge, business strategy, and practical leadership.
Armando Manjarrés is an Enrolled Agent with advanced degrees in accounting and business. As an Enrolled Agent, Armando is a federally licensed tax practitioner authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS. His professional experience includes working with high-net-worth clients and with Intuit’s tax team, giving him exposure to a broad range of individual and business tax matters.
His career also includes privately owned CPA firms and a nationally ranked Top 25 CPA firm, where he worked with diverse and specialized clients involving multistate tax filings, business and individual taxation, complex bookkeeping, financial cleanup, and year-round accounting needs.
Through AEM Accounting Solutions, Armando brings that experience directly to individuals, small businesses, real-estate professionals, contractors, healthcare practices, nonprofit and community organizations, and growing companies that need accurate work, responsive guidance, and solutions tailored to their actual circumstances.

Alexander T. Manjarrés
Chief Operating Officer
Alexander T. Manjarrés serves as Chief Operating Officer of AEM Accounting Solutions, where he helps oversee operational strategy, technology, process improvement, and the firm’s continued development. Before joining AEM in 2024, Alexander spent seven years in software engineering at Lockheed Martin, including product ownership and technical leadership responsibilities supporting large-scale programs.
Alexander earned his MBA from Western Governors University in 2026. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science with a minor in mathematics from Florida Southern College and an Associate in Arts from Polk State College. At age 15, he was recognized as Polk State’s youngest graduating student. His background in technology, business, and operational leadership supports AEM’s efforts to build efficient systems, improve the client experience, and scale the firm responsibly.
