For businesses that collect sales tax, AEM can prepare and submit applicable state and local sales and use tax returns and reconcile amounts collected against the accounting records. Registration requirements, taxability determinations, and nexus analysis are considered individually and may fall outside the agreed scope.

If you receive a notice, send it to us promptly. We can review it, explain what it says, and discuss appropriate next steps within the agreed scope. AEM does not provide tax-resolution, audit-defense, offer-in-compromise, collection-settlement, or litigation services, and representation is not unlimited. Additional services and fees may apply.
